Childhood:

Suraj was born at the SSRN hospital on 25 December around 01.00 a.m. It is considered as a miracle under the medical science that he survived as his mother had a malformed bicuspid valve. As a child, he could not memorize things. By the age of 7, he got injured on his front head by having a bicycle wheel Iron injected his forehead. It was just god miracle, the metal touched his forehead and did not traverse his brain more than 5 meters which  could have lead through a brain damage.

He had extreme love for machines . Once, he got a machine he just needed a screw driver to do the total destruction of that machine. Machines ranging from radio, old TVs and remote controls .

He was poor in studies from Standard 1 to 4 and had problems to memorize things . Finally, when he came in Standard 5 his father gifted him a blackboard. When he was handed with a chalk, he started to teach on his own. It is where everything started, he progressed through his auditory and visual learner style.

He made it through the CPE with flying colors by coming 2nd in his class. He then attended the SMC college.

College life

His college life was great . He could have made great improvements and he did made. He opted for the science side. He passed with flying colors at S.C and HSC.  He was indeed mentally disturbed for S.C and HSC due to love affairs and relationships. He could not give the best of himself. By the end of his college life, it leads him to a good coach/ teacher and also a brilliant presenter . He made himself among the best Model United Nation Students and as 2-4 debates winners for his college. A much better thing was his love for books.

Tertiary life

He attended the University Of Technology of Mauritius to pursue a foundation course in Computational Theories  , Mathematical Theories and Physics & Foundation Aspects. He had the chance to follow the some of the Economics Theorem which helped him later on for this diploma in "Practical Data Processing and Mathematical Calculations from BCS society.

He made it through University Of Technology of Mauritius as the best student with remarkable result. He joined the BCS to opt for additional courses by scoring a hat trick of 3-First Classes in a row.

Joining , the University Of Mauritius for opting his Degree in Computer Science he wished to earn a first class degree through his hard-work. He developed good programming skills for languages like ruby, C, C#,VB.NET,JAVA,C++,Python and web technologies languages.

Future progress in life

Due to health problems, he picked up weight which always make him feel bizarre. He will surely make it before graduation to bring a stylish look to his life and career.

His motto:

"If you do not program yourself, life will program you"

He wishes to keep up the hard work and let other enjoy. He believes enjoyment is a reward of hard work. Time has not come for him to enjoy but rather work.

His motto:

"I want people to see me as someone successful rather than unsuccessful  :)))"

Dare to Be Yourself

If you travel the whole world over, in country after country, amid the teeming millions of this earth you will never find a person quite like yourself.

Genetic Science discovered that among 300 billion brothers and sisters, none of them would be exactly like you.

Have you ever take a look to your hands? . It is just too perfect. The engineering , the design including the curvature. It is all about a sperm and a ovum  which fuses together to give rise to such a unique thing. The uniqueness may leads you to egotism.

This uniqueness will lead you to a good self esteem . The sperm being liquid in nature has all the required nutrients  to swim  and fuse with the ovum.  Added to this , the pain endured by a woman to give birth to a child is amazing.

No one can judge us a success or failure. Like Lord Krishna  told  Arjuna  " Hey Arjuna, do the job without worrying about the success or failure of the job, this is considered as the greatest deed".

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said:
“Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately and  the most beloved deed to Allah is the most regular and constant even though it were little.”
[ Sahih Al-Bukhari]

Whether Hinduism or Islam, it does teach us to lead life by performing good deeds. But what about not loving yourself and trying to look differently.

5 Things to show you have a bad self esteem:

1. You worry too much how you look (Style,Clothes).
2. You are always busy admiring yourself in your mirror.
3. You feel bad when someone tell you something about your look.
4. You complain too much about what other guys or girls wear.
5. You always spend more than 30 minutes one day  before on setting the clothes you will wear going to a party or interview.

Progress in science and technology has made human beings selfish about their health. One needs to look great by losing weight rather than losing it for better health. One needs to look great in their profile pictures than looking great and fit.

Let me show you something great now(many things in fact).

A recent documentary in BBC:  BBC Mark Zuckerberg Inside Facebook shows that Mark wears exactly same shirt like this everyday or most of the days. It actually has more than 50 T-Shirts ( forgot the exact number) like this. He has a great self esteem.  He does not care about what others will say "You don't have a style man" .

Another example, hope you remember the song " WHY THIS KOLAVERI DI  " .  Dhanush-Shruti are considered as a great couple, Dhanush does not know Hindi but Shruti is great at Hindi. Whenever Dhanush is asked a question in a Hindi, Shruti helps him to reply. Dhanush does not feel humiliated . He never answers in English but in pure Hindi.

This is a great example of self-esteem. When you know you are yourself, the world becomes invisible. Shruti    is more educated than Dhanush but they love each other.

The great Mahatma Gandhi :

The man who change the world by fighting a war with non-violence. A great believer of the "Bhagvat Gita" said :

“To a true artist only that face is beautiful which, quite apart from its exterior, shines with the truth within the soul”
Mahatma Gandhi

“Each one has to find his peace from within. And peace to be real must be unaffected by outside circumstances.”
Mahatma Gandhi

“The only tyrant I accept in this world is the still voice within.”
Mahatma Gandhi

He  believed the inside of you describe the outside. You do not have to be cool , it is all about attitude and the way you feel about yourself.

The mirror may describes how other will see you but will not describe what is inside. During my Foundation Course at University Of Technology , i knew a lecturer who used to wear a "Savatte Dodo" to come for lectures. He was just amazing, he got 2 Phd's and in  all 10 degrees. One of the degree is in Computer Networks which no one has in Indian Ocean. He never gave us a chance to say " Ou mettre sava dodo", he used to deliver the lectures flawlessly. When Orange technicians used to come at the university , he used to tell  them to sit down and let him do their job. He can set up everything at such a pace which always leave the technicians shocked and desperate.

Another lecturer, Kris Seeburrn who holds 10 degrees and ranging  from Information systems to Computer applications is unique in nature. He can actually determines the exact time a program will halt using address instructions in assembly. This guy got no look but is still a role model for his 10 degrees in Mauritius.

It is your choice, to be what you are and what not the mirror says...

It is not:

Your HAIR STYLE that describes you.
Your CLOTHES that describes you.

It is :

What is inside you: mental attitude, the way you see life.

I take life this way, it is a program that executes line by line . After each line, it produces an output within a specific time interval . If it fails to halt, you will have to change the code and learn from it. If the line of code you made is too bad, do not take a look at it . Just neglect that piece of code.

Each second of life , teaches you something. If you want to succeed, just believe you do not know anything about life and proceeds with it at a pace as though you are learning to live and enjoy. Enjoyment is just a reward of your hard work and nothing else.

People believed that to go to an interview you have to be dressed formally. There was a man who went to interview just after visiting the cell of the police station  that man was :  Chris Gardner's . He did get the job by telling the truth . That man became CEO of his own stockbrokerage firm and they  made a movie on him .

Dare to be yourself...you are the best...
